INM is proud to announce that it is a sponsor of the 34th edition of the JMSB MBA International Case Competition, which will be held from January 4 – 9, 2015 at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel. The John Molson MBA International Case Competition is the oldest, largest and most-respected international case competition in the world. This year's 2015 theme is all about global connections and sustainable future

Each year, the best MBA students from 36 universities around the world attend the six-day competition. The competition format is a round-robin tournament consisting of five business cases. The cases are selected from among the top entries from the annual Case Writing Competition. One of these cases is a live case presentation by a major company about a real-life business challenge that they are currently facing. Following the round robin tournament, nine teams advance to the semi-finals for the opportunity to compete in the three-team finals. The winning team receives a cash prize of CAD 10,000.

The competition is a not for-profit event organized by a team of four MBA students from the John Molson School of Business and its main purpose is to bridge the gap between corporate and academic worlds, which ultimately enriches both students and executives alike.

Happy World Usability Day from the team at INM

    November 13, 2014 9:37 AM

World Usability Day is November 13, 2014. To celebrate World Usability Day 2014, the year of engagement, we took to the streets of Montreal to ask people what keeps them engaged with their devices and loyal to a brand. We decided to share our findings in a visual manner in the form of a fun and quick video.

User Experience is all about engagement. Technology, products and services are usable when they engage people. At work we strive to engage with those around us—whether they’re users, colleagues, or stakeholders. It means getting people on board with an idea, earning trust, and working toward mutual goals. World Usability Day 2014 looks at user engagement, stakeholder engagement and global engagement.
